Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@cannaglobe.com with details of the product and the damage. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Return requests must be made in writing to shop@cannaglobe.com within 30 days of product receipt. Authorized returns must be in the original sealed and unopened package with labels intact. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stock fee and return freight cost.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
